I have a 1996 Sea Rayder Jet Boat F-16. Using it last fall fishing, I started it at the end of day only to find that the engine was winding up to 6K+ RPM (and probably a lot more if I went WOT) with little forward movement. I idled down to 3K and limped very slowly back to launch. Feels to me like the impeller was slipping on the shaft (broken ...I have the same problem with my 97 Sea Rayder F16 120XR. It seems a lot of people do, but no solution I could find. I have to turn 1/4 right to go straight and I can see the jet is shooting right so it is following the steering trying to compensate for the boat trying to go left . So the steering itself seems to be working correctly.no.there are 2 kill switches.one is by the key switch that has the pull clip.the other is a rocker switch on the dash.the one on the dash is the one i need a wiring diagram for.its function is a start and kill switch.
