Toggle anchors or whatever, toggle that, click the box that you want to adjust and go through that option. It completely replaces the default Blizzard UI at every level with a new and better interface. As such, you'll only ever have to update ElvUI and not worry too much about its individual components.ElvUI doesn't use it as far as I know, but should you have a "Fonts" folder as well, delete that one, too. You can keep your Config.wtf if you want don't want to reset your graphics settings.
